The Marina at Three Waters Resort offers premium dockage in the heart of Islamorada, featuring the deepest channel in the Middle Keys for easy access at low tide. The marina includes 18 transient wet slips and can accommodate boats up to 80 feet in length with a maximum depth of 5’6” at low tide. Water and shore power are included with every stay. 

Boaters enjoy added conveniences including fuel service, boater shower facilities, and a resort shuttle to off‑site laundry service. With direct access to both the Atlantic Ocean and Florida Bay, Three Waters Resort Marina is ideal for fishing, cruising, and extended stays in the Florida Keys.
