All boat ramp access and boat trailer parking are reserved for resort guests with confirmed wet slip reservations. Our resorts do not launch or store jet skis. 

Three Waters Resort & Marina in Islamorada, Florida, traces its roots back to the 1950s as Holiday Isle Resort & Marina, famous for its waterfront views, marina access, and the iconic Tiki Bar, birthplace of the Rum Runner cocktail. Over the decades, it was rebranded as the Postcard Inn Beach Resort & Marina, maintaining its reputation as a local and tourist destination, until sustaining damage from hurricanes, including Irma in 2017. In 2024, the property was completely redeveloped and relaunched as Three Waters Resort & Marina, part of the Tribute Portfolio, featuring 214 guest rooms, nine dining venues, a full-service deep-water marina, and modern amenities, while preserving the legacy of its iconic Tiki Bar. The name “Three Waters” reflects its connection to the surrounding Gulf of Mexico, Florida Bay, and Atlantic Ocean, blending upscale resort experiences with the classic laid-back Florida Keys vibe.
