Islamorada InsidersTM Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) govern your Membership in the Islamorada InsidersTM loyalty program (“Insiders Program”). The Insiders Program is operated by Amara Resort LLC d/b/a Amara Cay Resort and La Siesta Resort LLC d/b/a La Siesta Resort & Marina (collectively, “Company”) and is exclusive to the Amara Cay Resort and La Siesta Resort and Marina (“Participating Property(ies)”). There is no fee to join. Membership and the associated benefits are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Except as expressly prohibited or limited by applicable laws, Company may at any time change the availability, structure, and/or terms and conditions applicable to earning and redeeming benefits, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the availability or value of any rewards. It is your responsibility to read, understand and keep updated on these Terms & Conditions. Your continued participation in the Insiders Program following any such change will constitute your acceptance of any such change.
ELIGIBILITY
The Insiders Program is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their place of residence, whichever is higher) (“Member”). Each Member may only have one membership in the Insiders Program, and each membership may only have one Member associated with the account. Associations, corporations, and groups are not Members.
ENROLLMENT
To join the Insiders Program, simply book and complete a Qualifying Stay (as hereinafter defined) at one of the Participating Properties. You must book directly with the Participating Property in order to be eligible. To book direct:

A “Qualifying Stay” is one (1) or more consecutive nights spent at a Participating Property by the Member. Stays that are not booked directly through the Participating Properties (e.g., those booked through Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Travelocity.com, Orbitz.com, a travel agent, a wholesale distributor, or an airline or credit card company) are not eligible to count as a Qualifying Stay. If an Islamorada InsidersTM Member is not named on the reservation prior to departing the Participating Property, the stay is not a Qualifying Stay. If you stay for multiple nights on your visit, you will earn credit for each night of the Qualifying Stay in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
A Member is a registered Islamorada InsidersTM Member whose name appears on the room reservation and is the overnight guest staying at the Participating Property. If a Member reserves and pays for more than one room, eligible Qualifying Stays are earned on a maximum of two rooms during such stay, which two rooms will be selected by Company in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures. Only one Member per room, per stay may receive Qualifying Stay credit towards the Insiders Program. If two or more Members occupy the same room, Qualifying Stay credit towards the Insiders Program are awarded only to the Member whose name appears on the room reservation. If more than one name is on a single room reservation, Qualifying Stay credits are awarded to the Member whose name appears first. Members who have any past due balance owing to Company for a Qualifying Stay will not earn any Qualifying Stay credit towards the Insiders Program or status in connection with that stay.
MEMBERSHIP TIERS AND ASSOCIATED BENEFITS
There are four (4) Membership Tiers:
General Membership. When you initially become a Member after your first Qualifying Stay, you are on your way to earning benefits. Each Qualifying Stay will count towards the next Membership Tier.
Silver Membership. Once you have completed ten (10) or more nights’ worth of Qualifying Stays, you will earn Silver Tier status. The Silver Tier benefits include:

Gold Membership: Once you have completed twenty-five (25) or more nights’ worth of Qualifying Stays, you will earn Gold Tier status. The Gold Tier benefits include:

$50 Resort credit per stay
Platinum Membership: Once you have completed fifty (50) or more nights’ worth of Qualifying Stays, you will earn Platinum Tier status. The Platinum Tier benefits include:

12pm early check-in (based on availability)
1pm late check-out (based on availability)
$100 Resort credit per stay
Complimentary room upgrade (based on availability)
All earned Qualifying Stays are cumulative and do not expire.
Once you reach a Membership Tier, you will maintain that status.
All benefits require direct booking in order to receive the benefits on subsequent stays to the Participating Properties.
Qualifying Stays from each of the Participating Properties can be combined in order to determine Membership status.
- Company will not combine prior stays under different names and/or email addresses in order to reach Membership Tier status.
GENERAL TERMS
- Qualifying Stays from and after May 1, 2023, will be eligible for the Insiders Program.
- You are responsible for ensuring that no unauthorized person gets access to the your Membership account and details. You are responsible for all activity on your Membership account.
- Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate (effective immediately) a Member’s Membership in the Insiders Program if it appears that the Member’s Membership is misused. Such termination may include, in Company’s sole discretion, forfeiture and cancellation of any and all accrued benefits and Membership Tier status. Such misuse may, for example, consist of unruly or disrespectful behavior towards Company or any of its partners, any criminal acts or acts that are generally regarded as immoral or unethical or which are in breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to pay any bill when due to Company, or if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting fraud, theft, or dishonesty in connection with the Member’s Membership, as determined in Company’s sole discretion. Company may also take any appropriate legal or administrative action, including, without limitation, prosecution, if any of the above occurs.
- Membership benefits are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and have no cash value.
- Company may engage third party partner companies to provide certain Membership benefit services. Company is not responsible, and assumes no liability, for the goods and services of such partner companies (including any changes to or discontinuances of such partner companies’ goods or services).
- Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to alter, modify, or discontinue the Insiders Program or any subsequent loyalty program at any time, with or without reason. If Company terminates the Insiders Program, Company shall have no obligation to offer a replacement program. Any Insiders Program benefits or services guaranteed when booking, prior to termination of the Insiders Program, will be honored and granted for up to three months following notification that Insiders Program has been terminated, without giving rise to any claims for reimbursement, substitution or exchange of other Company services. You will not have the opportunity or right to earn or accumulate additional Qualifying Stays once the Insiders Program has been terminated.
- These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to Insiders Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to the principles of that State relating to conflicts of laws. Each party irrevocably agrees that any legal action, suit, or proceeding brought by it in any way arising out of this Agreement must be brought solely and exclusively in, and will be subject to the service of process and other applicable procedural rules of, the State or Federal courts in the State of Florida, and each party irrevocably submits to the sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts in Florida, generally and unconditionally, with respect to any action, suit or proceeding brought by it or against it by the other party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, claims for equitable relief may be brought in any court with proper jurisdiction within the United States. Members agree to waive any right to have a jury participate in the resolution of the dispute or claim, whether sounding in contract, tort, or otherwise, between any of the parties or any of their respective affiliates arising out of, connected with, related to, or incidental to these Terms & Conditions to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Company is not responsible for, and reserves the right to correct, any typographical errors regarding qualification requirements. All interpretations of these Terms & Conditions are at the sole discretion of Company. These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior terms and conditions. Void where prohibited by law. Any income tax liability is the sole responsibility of the recipient. Additional restrictions may apply.
PRIVACY AND OTHER POLICIES
As a Member, you agree and consent to Company’s collection and processing of personal data relating to Membership in the Insiders Program in accordance with applicable legislation, these Terms & Conditions, the Participating Properties’ Terms of Use, and the Participating Properties’ Privacy Policies which are hereby incorporated by reference in their entirety and made a part of these Terms & Conditions.
