Reservations are accepted on the basis of the contracted arrival and departure dates stated above. Guests are required to pay the balance of their stay at check-in. No refunds will be given for early departures. Inclement weather does not alter these policies.

Daily room rates are based on double occupancy. Extra adults (anyone 13 & over) in a room up to a maximum of 4 persons is $20.00 plus tax per person per night. Parties in excess of 4 persons per unit, including children under 12, will not be allowed.

The hotel property is for registered guests only. Guests are required to register the names of all guests over the age of three (3) staying in the room.

All guests are required to provide a credit card upon arrival that will be authorized for $100 to hold on file for incidentals throughout your stay.

Only one parking pass will be issued per room.

Check-in is 4 pm with check-out by 11 am.

Boat Slips are available at $6.00 per foot plus tax per night. Space must be reserved in advance and registered with the front desk upon arrival. Boats without a reservation will not be accommodated. We are a smoke-free and dog-free facility. Smoking is not allowed in the guestroom or on the balcony, on the beach, or by the pool. Designated smoking areas include Wild & Lime Bar, Marina Docks, and our parking lot. Guests who smoke or have dogs in their room will be charged a $250.00 cleaning/restoration fee.

Guarantee Policy

A deposit of One Night's Room Rate, Resort Fee and applicable taxes will be taken three days prior to arrival (excluding special rates or promotions that require pre-payment).

Cancellation Policy

Advance Rate Plans are fully prepaid, non-changeable, and non-refundable. Should you cancel an Advance Rate Plan or in the event that you do not arrive on the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation shall be forfeited. Each particular rate plan has clearly defined cancellation policies as you proceed further into the booking process. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in a fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the rates or details of the reservation contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

At check-in, the Front Desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change. A State Tax of 7.5%, and an Occupancy Tax 5% will apply to each reservation.

Dog Policy

Pelican Cove Resort and Marina is not a dog-friendly hotel.

Certified service dogs that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are welcome at the hotel and are not subject to the policies and restrictions described above.

The daily $40 resort fee provides every guest with:

100% of the resort fee is used to support these services. No portion of the resort fee constitutes a gratuity and no portion goes to any resort associate.
